My blogs emails are working fine. I get all emails when new post and new register. But i dont recieve any emails when someone make a comment. Yes i cheked in admin settings. Any idea?

Have you tried:
deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

No, all your settings are saved within the database, and the site specific content are in wp-content. Make a backup of your hole setup and upload all files except wp-config.php and the folder wp-content Commented Jun 11, 2012 at 21:51
