The reason why I don't want to embed it in the editor is because I may need to display this form on 20-30 pages at time. And we're performing split testing so I'll be trying different sets of pages. It will take much longer to add the form to each page individually. I don't really have time for that lol.

That's the problem. I can't actually access the file. Plus, I wouldn't know what to look for. All my security scans come back clean, but I don't like files changing without me knowing who did it.
