As I understood 'clinics' is taxonomy into 'doctors' post type, right? And what is it 'clinic'?

This is not right way with Taxonomy, I guess. Every time when will be added new Clinic to post type, it need to be added as like taxonomy too

It's working, but one more thing. 'meta_key' is text field made by Custom Fields plugin. Is there any way to set few clinicsID on doctor page (if they working in few clinics)?

Yes, I was thinking about that, but there are a lot of clinics, so each clinic must be added as like custom taxonomy....
