I know nothing about code so I was wondering if there was a button to allow duplicate comments. I have searched a lot and cant find it and I found a code like add_filter('duplicate_comment_id', '__return_false') but I have no idea how to use it. But whatever I have tried I still have no answer.

    If you mean this answer, you need to add that code snippet to your active theme's functions.php file. If you're not sure how to do that, you might need to hire someone to help you out with it.
