How to group search results by post type and only if post type result is not empty?

I want to group my search results to post types. I was able to do it by using foreach with an array of post types that I want but it also displays the ones that doesn't have any results. Here's my code taken from another thread.

Right now, it displays as:

Graphics

Photos

How can I remove the Graphics, Photos in the header if graphics and photos type doesn't have anything to show?

The only way is to count them or (re)request them via WP_Query. I think I prefer the first solution because it's the less complex.
