difference between using enqueue Best method to add style.css or adding stylesheet in header.php in chlid sheets into child theme?

I have just created a twenty fifteenTwenty Fifteen child theme and wondering what is the best method to add style sheets into the child theme.? Should I mean should i use enqueue script in functions.phpfunctions.php, or should i add directly in header.php header.php?
