The built-in taxonomy 'post_tag'.
Tags are terms of the built-in taxonomy post_tag. They are created on init in wp-includes/taxonomy.php::create_initial_taxonomies().
In contrast to post formats or categories, post tags have no default value: posts can exist without any assigned tag.
