'Editor' is one of several default user Roles in WordPress
'Editor' is a relatively high privilege Role, second only to Administrator and Super Admin (for multisite installations) allowing those in that role to add, edit, and delete posts and pages, including private posts, manage categories, links, and comments, and upload files.
