Youtube is a video sharing website. WP enables inclusion of Youtube videos through the oEmbed API. There are also plugins that support video embedding.

Use [embed] filter in template files
Use wp_oembed_get( $url ) instead. Make sure you echo it in your template file. So, something like this:
