Not all errors one encounters while working with WordPress are actually caused by WP. When asking about errors be as specific as possible. Just telling which error you get, is usually not enough to help you tracking it down.

File does not exist - wp-index.php
In PHP logs I keep getting errors like this:
does not exist: /home/user/domains/domain.net/public_html/wp-index.php, referer: http://domain.net/wp-index.php
File does not exist: /home/user/domains/domain.net … I'm just trying to eliminate the errors in the log.

I could not find any instances of the string "wp-index.php" in my blog folder. …
