Plugin to redirect all 404 pages to a specific page
Just create a 404.php template file in the themes folder. All 404 redirects should be using this template file from then onwards.

Is there a plugin to insert pre-defined link into editor?
I don't know what dbx_post_advanced hook is for, but you might be able to use it to do what you want.
