We run an annual festival and need a way to approve applicants.
Specifically:
- Applicants submit a form
- The application is manually inspected and approved/rejected
- On approval a payment link is emailed to them
- Payment status is recorded
I've been looking at booking systems but they all focus on calendars and users being able to choose slots at the expense of other features. Our festival takes place on a single fixed day of the year so it's not relevant to us.
It has to be free and ideally have a human-readable index of all submissions and their status in the backend.
Any suggestions?
