Apologies, if I don't explain this in the best way as I'm not experienced with APIs and such (mostly only use no code tools).

I have a custom post type called "Advertisers". I want to search all "Advertiser" posts by a specific custom field that advertisers have called "Deal ID". I'm trying to do this using Make.com (formerly Integromat), but I keep getting all advertiser posts in the response. The endpoint I'm making the call to is "https://my-wordpress-site.com/wp-json/wp/v2/"

Even when I make the API call using Postman, I still get back all advertiser posts despite me using deal_id=545542544 as a query parameter.

My question is how to GET a specific advertiser post (CPT) but filtering through one of the custom fields for that post type.
