Every new registration needs to validate the email to get access to user login. The website was asking only for the email and was sending one email to the user to put his own password. In the meanwhile the user was already log in just by putting an email, fake or not.
However the norm everywhere is to validate the email before get log in acess.
I have already this custom made, with custom registration form, a custom table for the temporary info, custom email to the user with validation key embebed on the link to validate the email. This way , and normal everywhere, the user when gets the email validated by the link sended receives automatic registration, welcome message, access to user area and gets redirected to the home page. I have this already done.
Nevertheless I would like to know if wordpress has any way to do this, by function or functionalites already established. Is because I dont seem to find nothing and just dont know how?
