I would like to create individual pages for each member within a team:
http://www.example.com/team/person-a
http://www.example.com/team/person-b
In the navigation menu I provide a parent entry called Team, which cannot be clicked. Only the team members can be selected by child entries within the menu.
How can I have a parent slug /team
without actually maintaining a page for it?
When I edit the slug of a sub-page manually, each slash is replaced by a dash (e.g. team/person-a
will become team-person-a
). Of course, I could create an empty Team page, publish it and omit it from the menu, so visitors cannot access it. But it would still be available and might get listed in sitemaps, indexed by search engines etc.
