I have a simple Wordpress site. Unknown query string is appended to few requests by Bing and Google bots daily. In site's Apache access log, there are few entries every day like below:
157.55.39.119 - - [07/Jul/2020:09:09:37 +0530] "GET /page/396/?m=member&c=index&a=register&siteid=1 HTTP/1.1" 200 27901 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; bingbot/2.0; +http://www.bing.com/bingbot.htm)"
66.249.68.15 - - [07/Jul/2020:09:16:15 +0530] "GET /page/371/?m=member&c=index&a=register&siteid=1 HTTP/1.1" 200 27693 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 6.0.1; Nexus 5X Build/MMB29P) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/80.0.3987.92 Mobile Safari/537.36 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html)"
My site's blog listing actual page URL is /blog/page/PAGE_NUMBER/. I am new to WordPress and Apache. Why or what are those query strings being appended automatically? Not sure whether it is a remote code execution attack sort of thing? SEO could get affected due to this i suspect. Can anyone please assist me on how to proceed with this issue.
WordPress version is 5.4.2. Apache version is 2.4 PHP version is 7.3
