Custom Field & Gravity Forms [closed]

Question

I have the following custom function code which i'm using to create custom fields for a post type.

The issues is that I need the custom fields to show up individually and at the moment they just show up as 'key' which means that when i try to link a form field (Gravity Forms) to a custom field, I can only link to the 'key' field.

How can this be modified to show each custom field individually?

With some help, I have managed to modify the code so that Gravity Forms now picks up the Custom Fields.

As the original code is for a serialized array of field information and I don't believe Gravity Forms can utilize this original code so here is the new code for individual row creation for each Custom Field (which GF can use):
