I want to add a HTML table with other product specifications to a product attribute. I understand word press automatically strips all html when published. I'm wondering if there is a way around this?

It doesn't really make sense to store a specifications table as a product attribute. Could you elaborate on what you're trying to do and where?– Jacob PeattieMay 8, 2019 at 7:07

At a bare minimum we want to be able to add a link in the attributes section. Our products are quite complex and require us to have extra information about addons and other specifications. Is this possible?– user167597May 13, 2019 at 3:10

Yes the problem is when you import lots of products for example from a magento CMS for example and it has thousands of products. The associated attributes are setup in your woocommerce store via an import and load html in the attributes values.
Now when you update that product the html gets stripped out and you have lost the html format.
