i using this code to get an atom feed

$uri = 'http://mysite/?cat=26&feed=atom';
$response = file_get_contents($uri);
echo $response;

and the output is this:

but i need absolute url where i put /CATEGORY/TITLE

so is there some parameter that i can use in $uri? or some way to get absolute url?

could you please help me?
