This problem is ocurring regularly and I get dozens of notifications from AWS. Example:

Timestamp: Tue Feb 26 17:26:00 UTC 2019 Message: Environment health has transitioned from Ok to Degraded. No data received from 1 out of 2 instances.

Usually there are not even any errors within the log files but I recognize something like the following in the access logs:

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) - - [26/Feb/2019:17:26:03 +0000] "POST /ch/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1551201963.8688011169433593750000 HTTP/1.1" 200 - "https://example.com/xx/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1551201963.8688011169433593750000" "WordPress/5.1; https://example.com/xx"

Basically it is makes sense that some cronjobs put a higher load onto the server. I do not want to disable cronjobs as they are used by some important Plugins which will not work as desired after this action.

Has anybody experienced a similar problem (with AWS or maybe also with another server)? How did you solve it?
