First, I don't know what I am doing and learning.

We use Amazon Workspaces on zero clients, which doesn't offer a user ability to restart their machine. The AWS console allows me to reboot users machines via website and I want to recreate this functionality as a WP plugin using the AWS SDK for PHP on IIS.

I have created a simple plugin that connects to our Amazon Workspaces and shows the status of the logged in user's AWS PC. I now want to extend this so user can reboot their PC. I have added a form using code below but not sure what I have to do next.

What goes in action field?

Do I create another page to process the form or does code go into plugin?

Does WP have functions I should be using?

<div id="content">
<form action="WHAT SHOULD I PUT HERE" method="post">
    <input type="hidden" name="UserName" id="UserName" value="<?php echo $WSuser; ?>">
    <input type="hidden" name="WorkspaceId" id="WorkspaceId" value="<?php echo $WSid; ?>">
    <input type="hidden" name="action" value="reboot_form">
    <input type="submit" value="Reboot my PC">
