Wrongly I created two black attribute for all products. now black color products increases on two different black color attributes with different IDs the problem is Im using ajax products filter for products sidebar and it shows two "black" filter for color. is there anyway to merge this two "black" attributes without edit products? I have two "black" color with diffrent id`s

Well, one way is to go to Products > Attributes to add, edit, and remove any attributes.

Another option would be to bulk edit products to stop using the attribute (and then maybe delete it).

  • just this way? any other idea? – Avand Printer Oct 31 '18 at 5:40
  • This would certainly be the easiest way, and doesn’t require any coding what so ever. Just edit the duplicate colour or delete it. This will automatically update its details for all products that use this variation (as it still refers to the same ID), or deleting the variation will remove it from all products that use this variation automatically. - You can certainly make a php function to do this, but there is very little need seen as Wordpress has this facility built in already. 😊 – Dayley Oct 31 '18 at 13:38
