I am trying to create a child theme, and have come up with this.
<?php
// Exit if accessed directly
if ( !defined('ABSPATH')) exit;
// BEGIN ENQUEUE PARENT ACTION
if (!function_exists('chld_thm_cfg_parent_css')):
function chld_thm_cfg_parent_css() {
wp_enqueue_style('chld_thm_cfg_parent', get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.css');
wp_enqueue_style('chld_thm_cfg_parent', get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.min.css');
}
endif;
add_action('wp_enqueue_scripts', 'chld_thm_cfg_parent_css');
// END ENQUEUE PARENT ACTION
The purpose of this line wp_enqueue_style('chld_thm_cfg_parent', get_template_directory_uri() . '/style.min.css');
is to get the style.min.css from the parent theme. However, when I check my live preview, it does not have the same font size that I set in style.min.css in the parent theme. Also, copying style.min.css into the child theme's folder does not seem to be wrong.
What should I do instead?
