How can I get a variable into a sidebar?
$sidebarnum = 4;
dynamic_sidebar('Footer Widget $sidebarnum'); ?>`

Replace this line
dynamic_sidebar('Footer Widget $sidebarnum');
with this
dynamic_sidebar('Footer Widget ' . $sidebarnum);
