@Ayaz Malik well, I could update your template - which will make me very bored and you no closer to understanding what is going on in your theme. But as I recommended above - I think it's better if you take a look at comments.php in modern theme (again - Twenty Ten is kinda official one), try to understand the difference and maybe ask more specific questions about mechanics of comments. Remember - this site is mostly about helping other people learn, not do something instead of them. :)

@Ayaz Malik yeah, seems to be old stuff... Had you tried looking at any modern theme? Basically most of that stuff goes away and gets replaced with wp_list_comments() and comment_form() .
