Then, you have assigned the above template file template-home.php under "Page Attributes" to this page correct? If so, are you aware you could just rename template-home.php to home.php and NOT have created a page named "Home" in the dashboard/admin area as the file home.php will take precedence for your homepage display as defined in the Template Hierarchy? Because if you say your "Reading" area looks the same as per my screenshot, then no page is defined/set to handle your homepage posts yet. Trying to work out where you're at.
