Jul 14, 2012 at 10:43 comment added tiltdown http://mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&redirect_to=url Currently this is the default logout URL for my site. I dont want to use this link. I want to use something like http://mysite.com/logout to do the logout action. I have no problem with redirect after logout thing. I hope you get my point. Thanks!
Jul 14, 2012 at 8:30 comment added fuxia Don’t understand. What’s wrong with a redirect to /logout if that’s the page you have set in the function?
Jul 14, 2012 at 8:27 comment added tiltdown No same question. Here's the thing i followed your function added it on my custom function file then made it to "mysite.com/logout" the logout is a WordPress page. When i do <?php echo wp_logout_url( ); ?> it gives me a the right logout url which is mysite.com/logout but when i click on it it will just redirect me to the /logout WordPress page. Do i need to setup any code on my /logout page on wordpress?
Jul 14, 2012 at 8:21 comment added fuxia I am not sure if I still follow you … maybe that’s a separate question?
Jul 14, 2012 at 7:27 comment added tiltdown What will do with the endpoint? I created a page called 'logout' and it just redirects it there what do i need to add on the logout page? Thank you for your reply.
Jul 14, 2012 at 7:15 comment added fuxia Well, the target should exist somewhere. :) You could create a custom endpoint (example).
