Oct 30, 2019 at 19:04	comment	added	Daniel Smith		I frankly forgot. I feel bad for even asking. Been working for 16 hours now. The customizer has another type of theme mod that you can't see unless you go inside of it. If you could help with an idea, I will reword my question to fit that.

Perhaps if you asked about the original task you were trying to achieve/solve rather than how to implement this solution I'd be able to give a more useful answer?

But then you go ahead and inspect the `settings()` and you see way more things being there than in the `$theme_name$_theme_mods` option that `get_theme_mods` gives you. I have no idea how it works internally, I just know you must be inside the customizer to see these options.
