Mar 3, 2019 at 19:09 comment added user2215732 sorry, no. It's doing something now but the sort order is neither default nor what I'm looking for. I can't make sense of the sort. Here's a sample of the results produced: 2018-09-14, 2017-11-15, 2017-10-25, 2017-10-16, 2018-09-01, 2018-06-14, 2018-03-01, 2018-04-01, 2018-04-28, 2017-09-27

Corrected code
Mar 3, 2019 at 0:29 comment added user2215732 This seems to be sorting posts by the post date, which I believe is the WP default. The only thing I've changed are the $args (below) and I put the_title(); echo "<br>"; where you have // Show posts. $args = array( 'post_type' => 'z_day', 'post_status' => 'publish', 'posts_per_page' => -1, 'meta_query' => array( array( 'key' => 'day_add_almanac', 'value' => 'yes' ) ) );
