I want my my entire site onin English, but the dates to be on otherin another language.

I tried to set PHP local like this:

setlocale(LC_ALL, 'he');

Setting my whole website to the another language from the admin panel does change the time language as well, but as I said I don't want this.. Any ideas on how to accomplish that  ?

How to change date language without changing the entire site language?

I want my my entire site on English, but the dates to be on other language.
