Made wordpress urlWordPress URL and site address urlURL the same

When I configured my wordpressWordPress, the WordPress urlURL and Site Address urlURL were different, lets say my wordpress urlWordPress URL was http://user99.comhttp://user99.com and my site address urlURL was http://user99.com/bloghttp://user99.com/blog but yesterday while experimenting something in General SettingsGeneral Settings, I made both the fields same by clearing the field meant for Site Address urlURL and inputting the Site Address urlURL as wordpress's urlWordPress's URL. 

Now all my previous posts, which were previously in the previous urlURL of site address were lost and when iI go to that site, the word pressit says the site can't be found. So is there any corrective action need to taken to recover my old posts?
