I want to create custom dropdown field with cssCSS animation settings, that would be add different cssCSS classes to the Text Widget .textwidget div<div>. 

I've done this for third-party widgets, but I can't imagine, how to do this for default widgets, like "Text"Text or "Tag cloud"Tag cloud, because they're located in wp-includethe wp-includes directory. Thank you in advance.
