Jan 17, 2016 at 20:08 comment added swissspidy Using disable_embeds_init() as the function name is a really bad idea. If you're going to install the Disable Embeds plugin one day, sky will fall down. I recommend you to just install the plugin, there's no benefit in adding this to your theme's functions.php file. If you insist on doing so, you should really use another function name.
