comment Collection of fields in a single post
But don't you have to predefine how many of them you have?

Those meta boxes could be a variable amount of images or any other kind of field. Hence why is not just meta boxes. At least that's what I think.

That's what I was using. Is not exactly what I want. I want a more custom-cms-like kind of field but I guess this will have to do it for now :S

comment Tips for using WordPress as a CMS?
How can you create a custom field to upload images? I've done it in the past with flutter/magicfields but I'm not sure they're compatible with WP3.

What I was asking was more a way of overwriting the default link but your answer makes a lot of sense so I'm gonna mark it as good. :)

I see what you mean. Basically, I'm showing part of the post in the home page. When someone clicks the image inserted before the "read more" I want them to go to the post single/detail page. Once the person is there the image doesn't need to be a link anymore.

I changed the title so it says what I posted in the text. Is pointing to the attachment page, not the image itself.

I did that and it's pointing to the attachment subpage of the post, not the post. Does it make any sense?

Thanks for the answer. What a shame though. WP won´t be a proper CMS till they solve this.
