comment Adding “Interesting Tags” & “Ignored Tags” like StackOverflow.com in a WordPress Blog?
I'm looking to do something like this in buddypress but I don't know how. A would then be able to follow tags and only posts from within those tags would show up in the activitystream.

I don't think it matters but I'm not sure. If you don't want to start editing the functions.php you can install a plugin (wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-post-type-ui) and make custom post types and taxonomies from there.

comment Displaying Posts Depending on Number of Comments and Latest Comments?
As a page with a list of blog posts. Just like a blog but instead of having the latest post show up first, the 2nd latest post after that etc, they are displayed depending on the conditions mentioned above. I hope you understand what I mean, english is not my primary language :)

@Shubhakarman - I changed the whole text instead of answering with a comment, it did get a little messy without linebreaks :)

I have some basic PHP skills but it's nothing to brag about. I'm pretty comfortable with designing templates. The images will be loaded from the submitted page. Lets say you submit a blogpost with an image in it, then that image will be loaded. Check out japansoc.com (built with Hotaru CMS, not Wordpress) and I think you will understand what I mean.
