Putting a specific date in as the paramter for the switch would negate the whole purpose of checking what month it is, and loading a stylesheet for that month. Are you asking how to check a specific date(to the day) maybe?

Oct 12	comment	How to integrate video slide using custom post types? That was a "just in case" blurb. I can't remember, but I think the custom fields box is visible by default when you enable support for custom fields. Give it a try!
