comment What to create new post using wp_insert_post, but it repeat the post infinitely
Please be specific when you say "no result". Are you checking the records in the admin end or database? I have modified to get all pages in the system, then check their titles as you are finally inserting as page. Also please make necessary changes as per your requirement, you should use proper values for some variables.

comment Posts in Page - How to customize the URL?
I do not think that will be straight-way possible. What you are trying to do is more like a category page. Why not create a category called "awesome" and have category specific page for this? On the top of the posts listing you can query for the content of a specific page as you want to display. In this way you can maintain the urls as you have referred.

comment Using “excerpt_more” filter for a specific post type
Why you need 2 functions, can't this be done with a single one? Also you have $post object, so you can check with $post->post_type.

comment How do I check for a duplicate record before inserting using wpdb
Yes, its just an example code. But the point I am trying to refer here is $dbRowId is passed as the where condition in the update query. So if it is null, then will it ever update any record? In other words if its null, then there is no record in the database, then whats the point in running an update query?

@Caleuanhopkins that variable is absolutely fine. The question says before inserting so how can you have $dbRowId in the update query?

@Caleuanhopkins when inserting the record, how someone will get $dbRowId or possibly the primary key value in this case?

comment menu item to point to custom posts list
There are no files needed. If you have the custom post type correctly and permalinks enabled, then above link should show the videos.
