comment Windows 10 Printer that Sends to Wordpress
I don't need to OCR the file being uploaded. Also, I know the difficulties, was looking for a suggestion for someone who has hopefully done it before (e.g. plugin).

comment Sticky posts are not showing at the top of category posts
I'm not concerned with reputation. I'm concerned with solving the problem and offering future users workarounds. I've accepted Nabha's workaround.

I'm accepting this as an answer because it offers a workaround to the bug.

Thanks, this appears to be a long-standing issue / bug between category__in and stick posts. I'd venture it's a bug because wordpress docs say stickies should always work on the front page but this is not the case. google.com/#q=category__in+and+stick+posts

DESC and also irrelevant in the sense that if you take it out you get the same result. There appears to be a conflict between category__in and sticky posts.

comment display comment form for specific post id
This is not what I'm trying to do. Lets say I have three pages, and I want them all to display the comments form from post (id=343). What code would I use within the pages to make that happen?
