comment Ajax take too long to return code
The manual load of WordPress and SHORTINIT method is intended for scripts exectuded outside WordPress where you need to load WordPress manually; for example when the ajax call is made directly to a PHP file outside WordPress. If you use WordPress ajax API, WordPress is already loaded and you get that errors. But this is not related to your question and there are lots of questions and answers about it.

comment Filter URL and shortcodes from the_excerpt
So it is a core shortcode and you have no custom code that can be affecting shortcode or excerpt output. With this information is imposible to know what is happening to you. Try to deactivate all plugins and use a core theme to see if the problem persists. Maybe some plugin or code in the theme is the problem.

comment Filter URL and shortcodes from the_excerpt
Please post the full code of the shortcode. I don't mean [audio mp3="http://path.to.file"][/audio], I mean the PHP script that handle that shortcode.

comment Filter URL and shortcodes from the_excerpt
I thought you had active filters because you said that. I'm sorry but I was wrong if you have something like [shortcode]http://someurl.com[/shortcode], the auto generated excerpt should print empty string, that is nothing. If you have "Some text [shortcode]someurl.com[/shortcode]";, then the auto generated excerpt should print only "Some text". You should post the actual code you are using, include any excerpt filter, content filter and the shortcode code. If you have only a link, the autogenerated excerpt should print the anchor text of the link.

comment You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page
Have you noticed that you set the redirect URL to wp-admin/post-new.php in the first piece of code? Obviously, if the user can not create posts it will get the permission error message.

comment TinyMCE PHP vs jQuery - add media button
I'm sorry but I don't get your point. Anyway, I think is not easy because "Add media" button and other stuff are not TinyMCE plugins so there is nothing you can do in the TinyMCE configuration as you are trying to do. For example, for "Add media" button you will need to create your own button and open a custom instance of the media manager. You have several examples in this site.

According with your question, you want to mimic the editor loaded by WordPress, use wp_editor and you are done. Honestly, trying to make it harder has no sense to me.

comment Fetching All Posts (200+) in a Category - Performance Issues?
I though also about offset in combination with post__not_in to exclude current post, but I think in the context of the question the position of current post is unknown.

Use wp_editor

comment Style is different ( admin view VS user view )
Your problem is that you are trying to use a no-standard font. When you are logged in, "Open Sans" font is loaded by WordPress CSS for the admin bar and admin area. When you are logged out that font is not loaded, you have to load it in your theme. This is a pure CSS issue.

comment Filter URL and shortcodes from the_excerpt
If you have a shortcode with a URL inside the shortcode, auto-generated excerpt will print the URL, not the shortcode, and that is the normal and correct behaviour. If you has active filters to alter that behaviour, please post the code of those filters.

comment Fetching All Posts (200+) in a Category - Performance Issues?
Why you should want to fetch 200 posts if you are going to show 4 related posts maximum? Of course it is a bad idea: always fetch only the data you need. Instead of query for all posts and search in the results, make the correct query to get only the results you want. Also, you could run get_adjacent_post four times or get_next_post, which I think would be faster that query for 200 posts.

Impossible to know, we even don't know which plugin you are talking about. Ask to the plugin developer instead.

comment Custom Post Type Pretty Structure
I've tested it again and it works perfectly. Remember to flush the rewrite rules after save the new code and before you try to load the custom post type. You can do that by visiting wp-admin/options-permalink.php in your WordPress installation and clicking "Save".

comment Combine multiple plugins in to one
I don't see the difference between the two questions. If you want to combine several plugins into one you have the answer in the other question.
