comment Installing a Plugin ( Which is already manually uploaded )
in the image you provided does it also show a .php file? this file will then give the plugin details onto wp-admin >> plugins dashboard, where you can activate it, where is this plugin from?

comment orphaned taxonomy terms remove by sql query
Ok this is where i am now, but im still dubious at how these terms are assigned to wp_posts... DELETE tr FROM wp_term_relationships tr INNER JOIN wp_term_taxonomy tt ON (tr.term_taxonomy_id = tt.term_taxonomy_id) WHERE tt.taxonomy = 'location' OR 'property_type' OR 'region' OR 'sale_rental' OR 'price' AND tr.object_id NOT IN (SELECT ID FROM wp_posts);

comment orphaned taxonomy terms remove by sql query
Getting close ( i think ) seems someone else has been looking at the same issue and come up with this: DELETE tr FROM wp_term_relationships tr INNER JOIN wp_term_taxonomy tt ON (tr.term_taxonomy_id = tt.term_taxonomy_id) WHERE tt.taxonomy != 'link_category' AND tr.object_id NOT IN (SELECT ID FROM wp_posts); which sort of works by cleaning out some orphaned records, but my dropdowns are still populated with the orphaned terms, im struggling to see how these are associated to a post id which would make it a heck of a lot easier to find a way around

what is your permalink structure?.. heavy sql queries can often be associated with custom permalinks that can hammer resources

you may not even have to bother with the 'has_archive' => 'true'; as i see your not using a rewrite, just try the file rename from plural to single first
