The code I gave implies exact match! If you're not familiar with mysql it's probably a bad idea! It's easy to screw up database with poor queries. Anyway you have a tab called "SQL" in phpmyadmin, this is the place where you enter queries.

Hi, you'd better use WordPress API's to interact with your database see documnentation for class wpdb. There are get_row(), get_results() and get_var() you can use to retrieve datas.
