comment How can I search for usr_id within my date range with WP List Table?
Welcome to WordPress.SE! You are asking how to query a table in a database. The fact you do it with WordPress doesn't mean you are having a WordPress problem. Unless you can improve your question to reflect why WordPress is an essential part of this problem, you may receive better answers by asking on StackOverflow.

comment My wordpress site is using local ip to point to jquery and other files, how to fix it?
This isn't necessarily WordPress related. You could use relative URIs to point to your scripts and styles.

comment Send email to all registered users
Technically speaking, a plugin could do this, but sending mass-email can be resource intensive (whether you or the plugin is using wp_mail or PHP's mail). But practically speaking, sending mass email without explicit consent from your users can get you into trouble. Also, sending mass email on your own merit (manual or through plugin) can trigger your provider's anti-spam alert. Your own email address could be blacklisted. I strongly advise using a newsletter service that suits your specific needs!

revised Exclude Current and Sticky Post
Fixed a wrong assumption that `sticky_posts` returned as a string instead as an array.

Then $excluded_ids = get_option( 'sticky_posts' ); $excluded_ids[] = $current_post_ID; would do.

Have you tried joining the IDs together in a single array, which you can pas to post__not_in?

comment Wordpress plugin: render only page content using ajax call
These hooks work for both frontend and backend, but are for executing PHP code with an AJAX call. From what I gathered from your original post (before the events_controller edit), you are working with jQuery and require a jQuery solution. The code I provided will do what you ask: append the .list item with only the list from page 2 instead of the whole page. If this is not what you are really asking, please improve your question.
