Theoretical Multi-Server WordPress Setup with Shared Users I would think that just paying for two server bills would be much less than five servers. Upgrade your apache server and get a mysql server. You only need to upgrade one WordPress install. Then you are able to have site wide login without creating a custom WordPress plugin. Then restrict access to subdomain/domain htaccess for intranet. Just my two cents. Good luck! |

problem in uploading attachment to custom directory If you upload a file that has the same name, WordPress won't overwrite the old one. It will still create a new file each time you upload something. |
