@laustewa14 Go to Settings -> Reading to check whether you are using static page as front page display. It seems the theme you are using use pagebuilder and I'm not familiar with the theme to give you advice on this. If you are using pagebuilder, you need to figure it out how pagebuilder generates content and modify accordingly.

It's not clear how you want to achieve better navigation with tag. If you want navigation, you would add ID as you mentioned. How would tag assist in navigation and findability here?
