@suresh a few things: 1) Calm yourself, Be Patient. We are all volunteers trying to help you. It can take hours/days sometimes for an answer. 2) You should/can edit your own question instead of commenting as that gets confusing. 3) Please wait a minute and I'll write an answer now that I understand the question.

comment Some Subdomains on a Multisite Install Not Found
Depending on what the subdomains are (can you give examples) they may be blocked by WordPress or your server. For instance, if you are trying to go to admin.domain.com or root.domain.com your server may have these reserved. We really need more info to help you out.

comment Not able to access admin panel after updating WordPress database fails
when you do #4 (restore the database) does WordPress allow you to log in? If so are you then asked to upgrade? Also like @TheDeadMedic said are you going from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 or something else?

comment Add “Write For Us” Option
You could also use gravity forms and the custom post plugin (or something similar) and have a form the user can fill out to submit a post if you didn't want to give each submitter a log in. It really just depends if you think you will have repeat users and if you want to teach them the WordPress admin.

comment Plugin fatal error
"...nothing is given for this error." Um SOMETHING is giving the error :) If you deactivate the plugin does the error go away? Also if you see that error you should also have a line number/PHP error.

That didn't seem to work. What page is load-profile.php? I'm trying to edit the user inside of the admin so i tried to change the hook to edit-user.php but still didn't work.
