comment jquery does't work
While I don't think it's an exact duplicate of that question I strongly believe the solution discussed there will work in your case. Also think about loading jQuery from a CDN (like Google) then you can make sure you are using the latest version.

comment jquery does't work
Actually this is incorrect. While WordPress does load jQuery on the admin site by default it is up to the theme/plugin author to load it. However, because most themes/plugins use jQuery it's often the case that one of the installed plugins/theme is calling it for us.

comment How to get a custom field value of a custom post?
Are you using PODS 2.0+? If so you are given the open to either use a custom database or the WP_meta standard. If you use the wp_meta then you can use the core WordPress functions to do this.

comment Paginate a list of users?
You should be able to use the number an offset args to limit the results to 10 then offset the pages based on page number. Not sure if this is the best way but should work. Alternatively, you could also do paging in your foreach and only get first 10 then do paging there.

comment Multiple search template with separate stylesheets
If the wp_die() didn't work then something is either wrong with the template name or how you are registering/displaying the custom search page. Could you provide more code or a link? Also your method works but wp_register_style is the more standard (WordPress) way to do it.

comment Site returns a 500 Internal server error
My guess is if you clear your cache in FF you'll see the 500 error there as well. One thing to try is to rename your active theme (via FTP) and see if when your site defaults to Twenty-Twelve if the problem is fixed. Other than that we would need more detailed information. When the error started happening (what changed?) and site details (and/or link)
