Pull posts from another wordpress install on same server Sorry I didn't make that clear, it is a separate db. So does that mean that whenever a post is submitted to the live site, it updates it's own db and then also the subdomain db? To be honest i'm not sure what the best method for this would be? |

Using wp_mail in functions.php Annoyingly, It looks like the reason it's not sending is because I'm working locally on a virtual host. I'm guessing this is the reason right? |

Using wp_mail in functions.php Hm, that certainly sounded right, but still nothing. It's returning false and invokes the an error occured alert. Which would make sense since it's not being received, but I can't seem to get any sort of error message to help debug. :/ |

How can I check email exists via a jquery keyup()? It turned out It wasn't working because it wasn't fully linked to WP. I was given some further advised to use wp_ajax and create code in functions.php. wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/69572/… |

Using email_exists() wp function in an ajax request For anyone else interested, I ended up following w4dev.com/wp/wp_ajax to get it all working. Thanks toscho for the solution. |

Using email_exists() wp function in an ajax request Ah, makes sense. Would it not work to simply reference where the function is? Or not good practise? |

How can I check email exists via a jquery keyup()? Damn. Unfortunately, within my email_check.php I wanted to run if ( email_exists($email) ) and then return the true or false value. It's causing a server error and I can't seem to get it to work. I tested it within the origin page and it is working. Why not within the php target page? |

How can I check email exists via a jquery keyup()? Sorry, I have now solved this thanks to your code. I forgot the url: needed to account for the theme url. |
