no, someone else downvoted it without any explanation or comment (unless I did it inadvertently)

How would the wp_enqueue_script line appear if the file is script.js and is in my plugins directory in plugin folder "1775"?

By the way, Yoast's Wordpress SEO plugin puts social stuff at the top of the head tag area. If he managed to do, I'd like to as well. Thanks!

Thanks, but my goal is to not edit the theme's header.php, as I'd have to re-encode it with every update. That's in fact why I'm working on my custom/personal functionality plugin.

I've returned the Test Page back to the code: add_shortcode( 'ContactForm', 'ContactInsert' ); function ContactInsert() { $file = include(ABSPATH . "../contact.php"); return $file; }

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not re-inventing anything. I've used this form on multiple sites, it already works, and it uses common libraries that I'm using across multiple sites. I just need to include it properly in WP. If I add it to the index.php it works fine. I want it added as a plugin.

In trying to figure this out, I put the function back to the one with ob_start() as described above.
