I started web development in 2009... Wow how things change in this industry. I've spent most of my time working with Wordpress & Twilio. Both amazing platforms that are continually advancing our industry.

I've learned that, If you're not committed to a life of Learning new things, this industry is not for you. I spent the last 20 years as an entrepreneur with a focus on sales and marketing, and always thought I was a people person... turns out I really enjoy the solitude & logic of coding and development. Give me my screaming custom system with dual 27" Screens & my bicycle, and I'm happy (when I'm stuck, I know it's time to hit the road for an hour or 2 and clear my head).

Stack Exchange Rocks!, I can't count how many times I found just the right snippet of code in the Answers here.
