comment How can you use one database with multisite
You don't use a multisite installation. Multisite is one WordPress instance with different sites via back end. But you can merge your current 2 installs with one database in one Multisite installation and get the benefit of this one Multisite installation. Also you can use different domains for this different sites. It works on the core, no plugin required.

comment Class variables in shortcodes
You don't call the method shortcode_1(). The setting of the var with the value Ẁorld` was not called. You must call this inside the constructor or the shortcode_2() method.

comment Adding jQuery datepicker to Custom Post Type Metabox
This is a problem in the JS area. Check the console of the browser for a JS conflict. Also it is a good point to switch from class event-date-id to the ID #event-date-id on the $( "#event-date-id" ).datepicker...

comment Display function from functions.php in tag.php
But on the php way inside the theme is it better and faster to use the function that works for the shortcode - echo dynamicContent(), not a function for a function, like ? do_shortcode( 'Dcontent' )`.

comment calling a function from a class in your template
Create a new instance in the theme file from the class of the plugin. $foo_class = new foo_class(); var_dump($foo_class->wordpress_test()); Maybe also check if the class is exists. Do you have debug mode active?

comment How to stop showing menu in static home page
The plugin give you the information, which Conditional tag is true. If is a static home page, maybe defined as template on a page of WordPress, then is also is_page active. You can check for this with is_page( [ID of the page]).
